Attacq Limited (Attacq) and its joint venture partner, Zenprop, are proud to welcome international pharmaceutical company, Boehringer Ingelheim, to Corporate Campus, the ultra modern office precinct situated on 74 Waterfall Drive.

Waterfall Corporate Campus is a safe 35 000m² office park located on a highly visible site at the corner of Waterfall Drive and Letaba Drive. As with all of Waterfall City’s developments, Corporate Campus prioritises the very best in sustainability and green design, targeting a green star rating for the entire office park once complete. Four of the seven buildings have already achieved a 4-star green rating by the Green Building Council of South Africa (GBCSA).
